The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.285 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 109, 103(1), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station-Nagal, District-Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 03.10.2024 against applicant and six others and according to FIR on 02.10.2024 at about 8.00 A.M. in the morning some dispute arose between informant and co-accused Satish and subsequently he along with applicant and five others entered in her house and started making assault through wooden sticks and sharp edged weapon.
