Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 415 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(2), 115(2) of B.N.S. and Section 5m/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(V) of SC/ST Act , Police Station Babina, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
