Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 407 of 2024, under Sections 74, 131, 64, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Kishani, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant when she had gone to ease herself out on 25.08.2024 at about 7 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It is a clear cut case of false implication.
