Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 407 of 2024, under Sections 74, 131, 64, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Kishani, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant when she had gone to ease herself out on 25.08.2024 at about 7 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
