Heard Sri Saurabh Kumar holding brief of Sri Dhan Pal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Yadvendra Yadav, holding brief of Sri Atul Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0537 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) of BNS and Section 5(L)/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Sector-39, NOIDA, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted against the applicant of having enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 14 and 1/2 years on 09.09.2024. The informant had earlier on filed a missing report on 12.09.2024 in which he had wrongly mentioned the age of the victim to be 18 and 1/2 years. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5.
