The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shivkant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0414 of 2020, under Sections 302, 506 IPC, Police Station Izzat Nagar, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of murder of his own brother with the help of his brother-in-law (Sala), Vikki. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by his another brother. Co-accused, Vikki, has already been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.45855 of 2020. Even otherwise the applicant is in jail since 17.6.20
