The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Pailani, District Banda, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 31.7.2024 against the applicant and seven others and according to the FIR on 30.7.2024 at about 5:30 pm in the evening when brother of the informant was returning from his field then on the way, applicant and others intercepted him and they started beating him and when after hearing shriek of his brother informant and his other family members arrived at spot then found that applicant and others were making ass
