The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 150 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Karari, District- Kaushambi, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 25.06.2024 against applicant and co-accused Mithun and according to FIR, wife of the applicant was having illicit relationship with the son of the informant and, therefore, he along with co-accused Mithun committed the murder of his son. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged on the basis of suspicion. He further submitted that except suspicion, motive and confessional
