Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mahesh Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in S.T. No. 125 of 2019 Case Crime No. 26 of 2019, under Sections 302, 323, 504 of IPC, Police Station- Neoria, District- Piliphit, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant was not charge-sheeted by the investigating officer. After summoning of the applicant, chargesheeted co-accused, Jitu@ Jita @ Jit Singh, has been granted bail by this Court vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 801/2025. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 29.05.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future. Per contra learned A.G.A.
