The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2024 (Criminal Case No. 13222 of 2024), under Sections 109(1), 103(1), 352, 126(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Khampar, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 22.07.2024 against applicant and three others under Sections 109, 352, 126(2) B.N.S. and according to the FIR applicant and other co-accused persons made assault upon the informant and others and due to the assault made by them number of persons sustained injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, initially FIR of the present case was lodged under Sections 109, 352, 126(2) B.N.S. but after the death of one of the injured i.e. father of the informant case was converted under Section 1
