By means of the bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Session Trial No.690of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.157 of 2023 at Police Station-Bewar, District-Mainpuri, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 302 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 01.04.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court 21.10.2023.
