Vs. Dr. Ashutosh Dubey and another), arising out of Case Crime No.1381 of 2009, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Jaunpur, whereby the opposite party no.2 has been acquitted for committing the offences under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, IPC, whereas opposite party no.2 has been convicted and sentenced under sections 376, IPC, for 10 year
