The present criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 30.03.1989 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Farrukhabad in Sessions Trial No. 364 of 1988 convicting and sentencing the appellants under Sections 302/34 I.P.C. for life imprisonment. 3. The last Vakalatnama filed on 10.01.2025 on behalf of brother of the informant is of Sri Ghanshyam Dube, Advocate. 4. On 11.11.2024 and 10.12.2024 the following orders were passed, which are quoted herein below:- 11.11.2024 "As per the report of the District Judge Farrukhabad dated 29.5.2023, we have been made aware that the reconstruction of the record of the case is not possible.
