The present appeal against the judgment and order dated 23.04.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Firozabad in S.T. No.800533 of 2011, arising out of Case Crime No.303 of 2010 and S.T. No.800534 of 2011, arising out of Case Crime No.158 of 2011 (State v. Satish Chandra), has been filed in May 2024. 2. On the last occasion, it was reported that the appellant- Satish Chandra Bhardwaj had died while he was in jail. On such statement made, learned A.G.A. was directed to obtain instructions as to the living status of the appellant. 3. Today, Sri Nitin Agarwal, learned counsel for the State has produced death certificate of the appellant- Satish Chandra Bhardwaj. It is marked as 'X' and retained on record. 3.
