The present appeal is of the year 1985 and is being preferred against the judgment and order dated 23.05.1985 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahar convicting the appellants under section 302 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and sentencing each of them to undergo imprisonment for life. 2. Shri Santosh Kumar Singh holding brief of Ms. Niharika Singh, learned counsel is present for the appellant no.1-Jalil s/o Aziz and appellant no.2-Khalil s/o Aziz. The appeal stood abated in reference to appellant no.3-Aziz s/o Karamatullah vide order dated 06.08.2018. 3.
