This review petition is filed in respect of order dated 02.12.2024 passed in Writ Tax No. 2068 of 2024, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2. In the writ petition, submissions were sought to be made, based on certain provisions, to indicate that service on the petitioner was not sufficient. 3. A perusal of the order passed by the Court would reveal that the Court, based on the material available on record, has recorded a finding of fact that the petitioner was seeking to concoct a story with a view to get a fresh copy and file appeal which was rendered barred by limitation. 4. The plea sought to be raised based on provisions cannot be countenanced in view of the finding of fact recorded by the Court. 5. In view thereof, there is no substance in the review petit
