This is an application seeking review of the judgment/order dated 24.08.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.6270 of 2023 which is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay. There is a delay of 508 days in filing this review application. On due consideration of the explanation submitted before this Court seeking condonation of delay in filing the review application of the order dated 24.08.2023, we are not convinced that the review-applicants has assigned any plausible justification except a routine explanation for making out a case for condoning the delay. The Apex Court in the case of Basawaraj and Another versus Special Land Acquisition Officer [AIR 2014 SC 746] while rejecting an application for condonation of delay for lack of sufficient cause has concluded in Paragraph 15 a
