There is a delay of 1701 days in filing this review application. Learned counsel for the review-applicant in the affidavit filed in support of the application for the purposes of condonation of delay has stated that the applicant approached Sri S.P. Yadav, Advocate to file the review application immediately after passing of the order on 16.5.2018 but her Advocate did not file the review application and on 5.5.2025, the review-applicant came to know that his Advocate has expired on 14.11.2024 i.e. after six years of passing the order dated 16.5.2018. The explanation offered by the review-applicant is unconvincing for want of any sufficient reason to condone the delay in filin
