Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the contempt case is filed for not complying the order dated 12.08.2022 in W.P.No.25340 of 2022, wherein this Hon’ble Court has given direction to the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within ten (10) days from that day and on receipt of such 2 representation from the petitioner, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same within thirty (30) days thereafter, in the light of Rule 22(g) and (h)(i) of the A.P.
