Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have complied with the order of this Court and passed proceedings vide Memo.No.CGM/HRD/GM/HR-II/DGM(DC)/PO(DC)/ IPO.3/F.No.26-TPT-ES/D.No.440/24, dated 20.05.2024. The said proceedings were challenged by the petitioner and the same is pending for adjudication. 2 3.
