Assailing the said order, dated 21.08.2024, the respondent authorities preferred an intra Court appeal in W.A.No.1042 of 2024. The writ appeal was allowed and the order of this Court has been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.
