Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent, dated 30.09.2022. Relevant paragraphs of the said proceedings read as follows:- “ The Hon’ble High Court of AP issued orders as “Liberty is given to the petitioner to submit his representation afresh to the 3 rd respondent i.e, The Commissioner, APVVP seeking promotion to the post of Dietician within 15 days from the date of issue of orders” on 18.08.2022. This office received afresh representation from Sri D.Damu, Junior Analyst da
