Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order of this Court disobedience of which is complained of, in this Contempt has been complied with and the District Collector has passed the orders, therefore nothing 2 remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Case and the same may be closed. However, sought liberty to question the said orders. 3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to question the said orders, if so desired/advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
