Further, the orders were modified. In view of the same, the orders impugned in the contempt petition cannot be enforced once the orders were modified in Writ Appeal by this Hon’ble Court. Hence the Contempt Case is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
