Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the unilateral, arbitrary and illegal office order dated 13.11.2024 and the consequential office order dated 01.01.2025 issued by the respondents. B. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the Ad-Hoc Committee and Restoring the Petitioner i.e., Bihar Olympic Association in light of the 38th National Games scheduled to be held from January 28, 2025 to February 14, 2025. C. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for an enquiry against Respondent no.1 regarding the appointment of a single member fact-finding commission, the details of its working and the report submitted by the commission.” 2.
