The present Review Petition has been filed on behalf of the applicant in CM APPL. 14463/2024 for review of the order dated 04th April, 2024, by which the application of the review petitioner, i.e., CM 14463/2024 for intervening in the writ petition, W.P.(C) 11706/2023, as informant, was dismissed.
