While appointing Arbitrator, it was observed that in case the proposed Arbitrator does not give his consent or makes disclosures in terms of sub-section (1) of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act'), the application be listed before the Court for limited purpose of proposing name of alternate Arbitrator. 3.
