This appeal is directed against order dated 20.05.2024 passed by Commercial Court, Varanasi under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short, 'the Act') whereby the application of the respondents has been allowed and injunction has been granted. The application filed by the appellants raising counter claim and seeking injunction against the respondents has been rejected. 2. The office has reported the appeal as barred by 151 days. 3.
