The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 BNSS 2023 seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No. 447/2024 under Section 376 IPC registered at Police Station Nabi Karim (North), Delhi. 2. The gravamen of the allegations against the present petitioner is that he had established physical relation with the prosecutrix on the pretext of false marriage. 3. He submits that the relationship between the petitioner and the prosecutrix were consensual in nature. He further contends that the petitioner even got married to the prosecutrix on 21.01.2024 in the presence of witnesses. 4. To support his contention, Mr. Surya Narayan Singh has invited attention of the Court to the marriage certificate issued
