The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 BNSS 2023 seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No. 447/2024 under Section 376 IPC registered at Police Station Nabi Karim (North), Delhi. 2. The gravamen of the allegations against the present petitioner is that he had established physical relation with the prosecutrix on the pretext of false marriage. 3.
