Heard Sri Umesh Kumar Pal, holding brief of Sri Ram Badan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2 - Tehsildar Rudrapur, Tehsil Rudrapur, District Deoria to decide recall application bearing case no. RST/5532/2024 (Ramashray vs. Ram Singar and another), under Section 209 (h) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed in case no. 4895 of 2024, under Section 34/35, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the recall application is stated to be causing hardship to the petition
