The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra to decide appeal no. 1402 of 2024 (Paresh Kumar vs. Rajveer Singh), under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, arising out of proceeding under Section 116, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated
