The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra to decide appeal no. 1402 of 2024 (Paresh Kumar vs. Rajveer Singh), under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, arising out of proceeding under Section 116, within a stipulated time period.
