The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Nayab Tehsildar, Bheempura, Tehsil Belthra Road, District Ballia to decide Case No. 5319 of 2024 (Kusum Singh vs. Brahmanand Singh), under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to conclude the proceedings at an early date.
