The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Ballia, to decide Case No.174 of 2024, [Virendra Vs. Radhey Shyam and Others], under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, copies whereof have been appended to the writ petition, to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but for some reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned and the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioner.
