The present petition has been filed primarily seeking to raise a grievance with regard to claim of the petitioner regarding demarcation of certain land parcels, which the petitioner claims to be his own. Applications, in this regard, are stated to have been moved by the petitioner before the respondent authorities. Counsel for the State respondents submits that in case the petitioner is desirous of seeking demarcation of the land, he would be required to invoke the statutory legal remedy under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and the applications which have been filed for the purpose, on the administrative side, cannot be entertained.
