The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 2, the Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra, to decide Revision No. 1786 of 2025 [Maya Devi Sagar Vs. Hari Shankar], under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, arising out of proceedings under Section 104/105 of the Code, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition, to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but for some reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned
