The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 24.05.2025 passed by respondent no.2, District Magistrat/Collector, Kushi Nagar in Case No.2227 of 2022 (Shyam Sunder Vs. Indu Devi and others), under Section 66 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has pointed out that the order impugned would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy and in view thereof the present petition would not be entertainable. Counsel for the petitioner has not been able to dispute the aforesaid legal position.
