The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the stay application filed in revision bearing Revision No.1382 of 2025 (Computer Case No.C202502000001382, Mithlesh and others Vs. Maan Singh and others), under Section 210 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. The revision is stated to have been filed against an order dated 20.05.2025 passed in proceedings under Section 128 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, and accordingly, counsel for the petitioners has made a further prayer to decide the revision itself within a time bound period.
