Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil Machli Shahar, District Jaunpur, to decide the restoration application, being Case No.T202514360320664 (Archana vs. Devendra Kumar) under Section 34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case and the 'question- answer' obtained from the Court concerned, copies whereof have been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
