Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Additional Commissioner (Administration) Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh, to decide Appeal No.1060/2015 (Shankar vs. Teni) under Section 331 of the U P Z A & L R Act, 1950, arising out of the proceedings under Section 176 of the U P Z A & L R Act, 1950, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
