Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil Deoria, Deoria, to decide mutation case, bearing No.21899 of 2024 (Guddi Devi vs. Keshav Mishra) under Section 34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to respondent No.2, to conclude the proceedings at an early date.
