Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner, Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh, to decide Appeal No.2987 of 2025 (Mohd. Hanif and others vs. S.D.M. Phoolpur, Azamgarh) under Section 38 (4) of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to respondent No.2, to co
