Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Additional Sub- Divisional Officer, Sadar, District Ghazipur, to decide Case No.RST/367/2025, under Section 209 (h) of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, filed in Case No.6473 of 2023 under Section 116 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to respondent
