The present petition has been filed primarily seeking a direction to the respondent no.2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bhogaon, District Mainpuri, to allot a case number to an application dated 10.7.2025, stated to have been moved by the petitioner seeking to invoke the provisions of Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and to decide the same, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the State respondents has submitted that the application which is stated to have been filed, is not as per the procedure under the statute. He further submits that in case the petitioner is desirous of seeking demarcation, he may approach the authority concerned by moving an application as per the procedure prescribed.
