Heard Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. Present petition has been filed, seeking to assail an order dated 3.1.2023 passed by respondent no.2 in Case No.1404 of 2017 under Section 67 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006 and certain ancillary reliefs. Contention of counsel for the petitioner is that the order impugned, having been passed ex parte and without notice, the petitioner was not aware of the same and, therefore, there has occurred some delay in approaching the Court. It is submitted that for the said reason, the remedy of statutory appeal has also not been availed by the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has further sought to urge that the petitioner would be entitled to the benefit of the provisions contained in Section 67A of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. In
