On an oral prayer, counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the prayer clause in the writ petition. Heard Sri Ajay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel representing the respondent Gram Sabha. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1A, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur, to decide an application dated 27.10.2025, stated to have been filed by the petitioner, raising a grievance with regard to removal of boundary pillars by certain private persons. Counsel appearing for the State respondents as well as the counsel for the respondent Gram Sabha, have submitted that in case the petitioner is aggrieved in regard to damage of boundary pillars, he would be required to
