Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sagari, District Azamgarh, to decide the recall/restoration application in Case No.3802 of 2025 (Ibrat Faizan vs. Rafaut Faizan and others) under Section 116 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
