The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2, the Additional Commissioner Ist, Varanasi Division, Varanasi, to decide the Case No.2874 of 2023, [Ram Prasad and Others Vs. Rajaram and Others], under Section 333 of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950, arising out of proceedings under Section 176 of the 1950 Act, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition, to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but for some reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned
