The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 3, the Additional Collector/Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), District Mainpuri to decide Case No. 1668 of 2024, (Adarsh Vidyalaya Kishni through its Principal/Manager vs. Hosiyar Singh & others), under Section 30(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. It is submitted that on an application filed by the petitioner an order dated 19.05.2025 was passed by the respondent no.3 calling for a report and a spot map. It is further submitted that after passing of the aforesaid order the matter is pending and the delay in disposal of the case is causing great hardship to the petitioner.
