The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Tehsildar/Nayab Tehsildar (Jalalabad), Jakhanian, District Ghazipur to decide Case No. RST/3042 of 2022 (Meera vs. Shyam Narayan), under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to conclude the proceedings at an early date.
