The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no. 4 - The Tehsildar, Tehsil Hapur, district Hapur to decide an application stated to have been filed by the petitioner referable to Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has pointed out that the application which is stated to have been filed is not as per the procedure prescribed, and in the event the petitioner desires redressal of his grievance with regard to correction of errors/omissions under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, he would be required to move an application as per the statutory procedure. Counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid legal position.
