The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.3- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bindki, District Fatehpur to decide Case No. 07925 of 2023 (Sabir Husain vs. Ishrat and others), under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period.
